By accessing this website or enrolling in our academic programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and institutional regulations.

1. Admission & Enrollment Regulations

Admission to Quantum Public School is subject to the verification of eligibility documents, qualifying marks, and compliance with the admission schedule set by the school authority. Admission is confirmed only upon the payment of prescribed admission fees and receipt of official admission acknowledgment.

2. Code of Conduct & Discipline

Students must observe strict discipline, regular attendance (minimum 75% as mandated by ASSEB), and punctuality in all lectures, laboratories, and simulation tests. Any act of ragging, vandalism, indiscipline, or misconduct will lead to immediate disciplinary proceedings, suspension, or expulsion as per institutional policies.

3. Fee Payment & Schedules

Tuition fees and hostel fees must be deposited within the designated payment windows. The school reserves the right to charge late fees or restrict examination admit cards in case of continuous default in fee payment.

4. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All curriculum material, mock tests, proprietary NEET/JEE problem modules, and digital classroom recordings provided by Quantum Public School are for the exclusive personal academic use of registered students and may not be photocopied, re-distributed, or commercially reproduced.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute arising from institutional services or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhubri / Bilasipara, Assam.
