Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds, cancellations, and fee adjustments for academic programs and integrated coaching courses at Quantum Public School, Bilasipara.

1. Admission Fee Refund Rules

The one-time Admission Fee covers administrative processing, enrollment registry, and infrastructure setup. The refund schedule is structured as follows:

• Cancellation before commencement of classes: 80% of the admission fee is refundable upon written application submitted to the Principal.
• Cancellation within 15 days of class commencement: 50% of the admission fee is refundable.
• Cancellation after 15 days of class commencement: No refund of admission fee shall be admissible under any circumstances.

2. Monthly Tuition & Laboratory Fees

Monthly tuition and laboratory fees are charged on an ongoing periodic basis. Once a month commences, that month's tuition fee is non-refundable. Advance tuition fees paid for upcoming quarters will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if a student transfers with an approved Transfer Certificate (TC).

3. Integrated NEET / JEE Coaching Fee

Coaching study materials, test modules, and OMR packs once issued to a student are strictly non-refundable. Coaching fee adjustments following early withdrawal are determined at the sole discretion of the Academic Managing Committee.

4. Processing Timelines

Approved refund amounts are disbursed via Account Payee Cheque or direct NEFT bank transfer to the registered guardian's bank account within 21 working days of application approval.
